Shipping policy

Stitchmilk is a small business that ships from the Netherlands.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. All DIY kits are made individually to order by Daniëlle. Good things take a tiny bit of time.

Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the loving care of the postal gods.

Shipping method
All orders are shipped via PostNL. Depending on your location, your package may be handed over to a local carrier.

Tracking
Most orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email as soon as your order ships, so you can obsessively refresh the status page.

Customs & import fees
For orders outside the EU, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. We don’t make the rules.

Lost or delayed packages
