A little Dutch heritage, with extra tongue. Not your traditional Dutch souvenir. This DIY embroidery kit features two women in classic Dutch dress - clogs, braids, and all - leaning in for a kiss. As a Dutch gal myself, I couldn’t resist designing a modern twist on the classic Dutch kissing couple, in my favorite shade: Delft blue. Also available with Dutch boys.
Everything you need is in the kit (except scissors).
This project takes ~ 5 hours to complete.
The finished artwork measures ø 18 cm.
Skill level: beginner / intermediate.

About the fabric
About the fabric
The fabric is 100% organic, unbleached cotton. You may notice small black specks; these are remnants of the cotton plant's seeds, a natural characteristic of this sustainable material.
The pattern is not pre-printed on the fabric. Using the included fabric pen, you can easily trace the pattern yourself (I'll teach you). And the pen will be useful for dozens of future embroidery projects.
